FTA Holsters builds made-to-order Kydex products in South Florida. Please review these policies before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that your firearm and accessory selections are accurate and that you accept the policies below.
Production and Shipping
- Made-to-order products may require up to 15 business days for production before shipment.
- Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Production begins after payment is received and all required firearm, light, optic, hand-orientation, color, and carry-style information has been provided.
- Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout.
- Tracking information will be sent when the order ships.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
- FTA Holsters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our holsters and related products are made to order for a specific firearm and setup, custom and made-to-order products are not returnable or exchangeable unless the product is defective or FTA Holsters made an error while building the order.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review the problem.
Cancellations and Order Changes
- An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
- Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because material and labor have already been committed to the custom build.
- Requested changes to the firearm model, generation, weapon light, optic, hand orientation, color, or carry style are not guaranteed after the order is placed and may change the production timeline or price.
One-Year Workmanship Warranty
FTA Holsters provides a one-year workmanship warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the Kydex shell and assembly under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic scratches, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, damage caused by incompatible equipment, or an incorrect firearm or accessory selection supplied by the customer. Hardware and retention should be inspected regularly and tightened when necessary.
Fitment and Order Accuracy
Holster fit depends on the exact firearm model, generation, slide configuration, weapon light or laser, optic, and other selected accessories. The customer is responsible for selecting or providing accurate setup information. If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm your setup.
