3D Printed Kydex Holster Forming Mold

This 3D printed forming mold is designed to help makers create clean, consistent Kydex holsters using a vacuum press setup. The mold features raised definition points, sight channel clearance, body contouring, and blocking areas to help shape the Kydex around the firearm profile while leaving space for retention adjustments. (You would need to block out for the attachment you will be using.)

Made from durable 3D printed material, this mold is ideal for holster builders who want repeatable results without needing to use the actual firearm during the forming process. It is especially useful for producing custom holsters, testing new holster designs, and improving production consistency.

Suggested Use

Heat the Kydex to forming temperature, place it over the mold, then press or vacuum form until the material cools. Once formed, trim, drill, and finish the holster shell as needed.
